Hey guys, this issue started just yesterday. When I go to detach the screen from the tablet, I get the battery too low notification. The battery icon in the taskbar says 'Battery 1: Not present, Battery 2: 96%'. When I remove the screen manually (paperclip method), the tablet by itself works as usual (powers on, etc) but in the taskbar says 'Battery 1: Not present, Battery 2: Not present'.

I'm fairly sure this indicates that the battery is indeed present and somewhat charged but isn't being detected?I've tried the two button restart, uninstalling battery drivers, cleaning the pins with rubbing alcohol, reattaching the screen in canvas mode (BSOD'd then on reboot nothing was fixed) and charging through the base of the tablet. Nothing has made any difference.Wondering if anyone knows any solutions to this problem?edit: Just as I was writing this I picked up my surface by the screen and the battery showed up and then dissapeared.

I noticed if I grab the screen and put pressure on it twisting it clockwise, the battery shows up but when I let go it dissapears.edit2: Same thing happens with the tablet, if its detached and I grab the top and bottom of the tablet and twist, the battery shows up until I let go. Starting to think my hardware might just be fucked.
